Delhi-Gurugram News: Delhi-Gurgaon is going to shine more in the coming days. The reason is that it is going to be very easy to travel in every direction from here. Connectivity from these two cities to many states is going to be so good that people living here will be able to reach any city within minutes. Dhansu project is also going to start soon from Dwarka Expressway, which is going to be a milestone for Delhi-Gurugram. Let us tell you about it..

Recently, Delhi Government has released Rs 150 crore for the construction of two major Rapid Rail Transit System corridors in Delhi. Soon both these corridors will start being constructed and high speed rapid rail will run on them. Running at a speed of 180 kilometers per hour, these trains will take you to cities within a distance of 100 kilometers in minutes, not hours.

Let us tell you that with this funding given as initial installment, two corridors will be built. The first corridor will be built on the Delhi-Gurugram-Shahjahanpur-Neemrana-Behror line at a cost of Rs 100 crore, while the work of the second corridor will be started on the Delhi-Panipat line at a cost of Rs 50 crore. This will provide direct connectivity not only to Delhi and Gurugram but also to four emerging big cities of Rajasthan and Haryana, Shahjahanpur, Neemrana, Behror and Panipat.

Gurugram will become a hotspot.

Gurugram is going to benefit the most from this plan of Delhi. The reason for this is the Rapid Rail Transit System corridor going to Behrod. Due to Dwarka Expressway, Gurgaon is already emerging as a real estate hotspot. Due to the connectivity of Rapid Rail, the possibility of investment in it is going to increase further.

What experts say:

Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder and Chairman of Signature Global (India) Limited, says that many areas of Gurugram are going to benefit greatly from the construction of two important corridors in the Rapid Rail Transit System (RRTS). This corridor will cater to the transport needs on both sides of NH 48 including the RRTS route from Aerocity (Delhi) via Cyber City of Gurugram to Rajiv Chowk, Khedki Daula and Manesar, around Sector 37 D. Therefore, property will boom in these areas.

The Delhi-Gurugram-SNB RRTS project, to be implemented by NCRTC in phases, will bring a revolutionary change in urban connectivity in NCR, with Gurugram at its centre. Established as an important pivotal player, Gurugram will stand out as a strong business and residential hub.

Aman Trehan, Executive Director, Trehan Iris said that the proposed Delhi-Gurugram-SNB RRTS corridor is expected to further enhance the infrastructure of the city, which will lead to more investment and business opportunities. The demand for Grade-A offices in Gurugram and emerging corridors is increasing every quarter, as is the leasing activity. The upcoming corridor is expected to improve accessibility for commuters and open new avenues for real estate development across the NCR.
