Gurugram Road Accident: Two people including a woman died in two separate road accidents in Sector 65 police station area on Friday. Police have sent the bodies of both for post-mortem and registered a case of negligence against the drivers.
According to the police, 32-year-old woman Pawan, a resident of Madhubani, Bihar, lived in slums in Sector 58. Her husband sets up a hawker near the Hyatt Hotel here. On Friday afternoon, the woman was going to the hawker to meet her husband.
A tractor coming from behind hit the woman
Meanwhile, a tractor coming from behind hit the woman in the street near Hotel Hyatt. The woman, who was seriously injured in the accident, was taken to the Civil Hospital. She died here during treatment at night.
Woman dies after being hit by a car
The second incident is from Sector 66. 52-year-old Lafar Rehman, a resident of Ramgarh Ki Dhani, used to work at a shop. He was returning home after duty on Friday evening. While going on the road near Sector 66, a car hit him from behind.
Rehman also died during treatment in the hospital. According to the police (Gurugram Police), Rehman lived here with his family for many years. He was originally from North Dinajpur, Bengal.
