Gurugram News: Bulldozer runs on illegal colonies spread over many acres in Gurugram

Gurugram. The enforcement team of the Town and Country Planning Department conducted a demolition drive in a colony being illegally cut over three acres in Bandhwadi village. A complaint was received from the department regarding this, after which the enforcement team took demolition action on Tuesday.

Colony’s road network destroyed

During this time, police force from DLF Phase 1 police station was present along with the team. The team led by DTPE Manish Yadav demolished five DPCs, two structures, three under-construction structures and the road network of the entire colony during the demolition.

During this, ATP Dinesh Singh, Field Technician Shubham Sharma, Prashant Yadav, Pawan were present. During this, DTPE also appealed to the people not to invest in illegal colonies.

Police force remained deployed on the spot

Apart from this, the Municipal Corporation’s enforcement team on Tuesday took action to demolish a big illegally constructed commercial building on Old Delhi Road within the restricted area of the Ordnance Depot. The team of Assistant Engineer Yatendra, Rahul Sharma and Vineet reached Old Delhi Road with JCB and police force.

A big commercial building was being constructed here. The team completed the demolition of the building on the spot with the help of an earthmover. Police force remained present on the spot to deal with any kind of protest situation.
