Double tunnel up to 4.7 km will be built in Aravali
A double tunnel will be built up to 4.7 km in the hills of Aravali. HRIDC (Haryana Rail Infrastructure Development Corporation) has allotted the construction work to RVNL (Navratna Company). This will be India’s first longest double tunnel, through which two trains can pass simultaneously. The height of this tunnel will be about 25 meters. There is a plan to complete this project by 2026. After the construction of this twin tunnel, there will be direct connectivity of Gurgaon to Palwal, Nuh and Sonipat by rail. HRIDC has entrusted the work of double tunnel to be built at a cost of Rs 1088 crore to Rail Vikas Nigam i.e. RVNL, which is included in Navratna companies of the Government of India.
Foreign nationals being cheated by fake call center
Foreign nationals were being cheated in the name of technical assistance by running a fake call center in a house in Sushant Lok-3. Especially the people of America were cheated in the name of technical support by becoming employees of Microsoft company. The team of Cyber Crime Police Station East raided this call center and arrested a total of 12 accused. These include 5 women as well. 3 mobiles, 10 laptops, 2 modems and 56 thousand rupees cash have been recovered from them.
Opposition to the ban on diesel generators
The United Association of New Gurugram has opposed the ban imposed by the Commission of Air Quality Management on the operation of diesel generators from October 1. A memorandum has been submitted to DC Nishant Kumar Yadav in this regard. Objected to this ban by sending a memorandum to DHBVN MD Amit Khatri by e-mail. According to Praveen Malik, spokesperson of the association, DHBVN should provide enough power so that there is no need for generators. To convert a diesel generator to PNG, at least Rs 10 lakh will have to be spent.
Water shortage will be removed in these sectors of Gurugram
The Gurugram Metropolitan Development Authority (GMDA) has prepared a new plan to provide adequate water in Old Gurugram. After its implementation, there will be no water problem in Sector 21, 22, 23, Palam Vihar, Udyog Vihar, villages Dundaheda, Maulaheda in summer. GMDA has made an estimate of about Rs 125 crore. This proposal will be placed in the next meeting of GMDA under the chairmanship of CM Manohar Lal. After approval, the process of inviting tender will be started.
