Double tunnel up to 4.7 km will be built in Aravali

A double tunnel will be built up to 4.7 km in the hills of Aravali. HRIDC (Haryana Rail Infrastructure Development Corporation) has allotted the construction work to RVNL (Navratna Company). This will be India’s first longest double tunnel, through which two trains can pass simultaneously. The height of this tunnel will be about 25 meters. There is a plan to complete this project by 2026. After the construction of this twin tunnel, there will be direct connectivity of Gurgaon to Palwal, Nuh and Sonipat by rail. HRIDC has entrusted the work of double tunnel to be built at a cost of Rs 1088 crore to Rail Vikas Nigam i.e. RVNL, which is included in Navratna companies of the Government of India.

Foreign nationals being cheated by fake call center

Opposition to the ban on diesel generators

The United Association of New Gurugram has opposed the ban imposed by the Commission of Air Quality Management on the operation of diesel generators from October 1.
