According to the report, Trump Residence Tower Gurugram was sold out for Rs 3,250 crore on the day of launch. Ultra-premium penthouses worth Rs 125 crore were also completely sold in this project. Let us tell you that 298 residential properties have been sold in this Trump project, the price of each unit in them starts from Rs 8 crore to Rs 15 crore. This sale of Trump Tower demonstrates the growing demand for branded, ultra-luxury residences in India.
Trump Towers in India is being built in collaboration between SmartWorld and Tribeca Developers. This sold out project consists of two 51-storey towers. While SmartWorld oversees the construction and customer service of Trump Towers, Tribeca is the official representative of the Trump brand in India and leads the design, distribution, sales and quality control.

Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca Developers, said that the sale of Rs 3,250 crore on the first day of Trump Residence Gurugram has made it one of the biggest luxury deals ever in the country. Currently, Trump has five such high rise luxury residential properties, one in Mumbai, Pune, two in Gurugram and Kolkata.
Trump Tower in Kolkata: ‘Trump Tower’ has been built in Kolkata in collaboration with Indian company Unimark Group, RDB Group and Tribeca Developers. The height of this tower is 39 storeys. The starting price of a flat in Trump Tower in Kolkata is estimated to be Rs 3.75 crore.
Trump Tower in Mumbai: There is also a ‘Trump Tower’ in Worli area of Mumbai, which is spread over 700 acres and the price of a flat in this residential building is in crores. There is a 78-storey Trump Tower in Worli. The project here has been launched with the help of Lodha Group. Its specialty is private jet service and trump card. The starting price of a flat here is around Rs 10 crore.
Trump Tower in Pune: If we talk about Pune, Trump Tower has been built here in collaboration with Panchshil Realty. There are two 23-storey buildings in Pune named ‘Trump Tower’. The price of a flat in the Trump Tower here is more than Rs 15 crore.
