Gurugram. During Shardiya Navratri, a large number of devotees come to see Mata Shitala. The temple management has started preparations for this.
However, due to the construction of the new temple, this year also the darshan of Mata can be done in the hall of the old Satsang Bhawan. Temple official Yagya Dutt Sharma said that the new temple and the mother’s sanctum sanctorum will be ready by next year. Currently, darshan facility will be available in the old system only. Adequate number of men and women police forces will be deployed.
The temple management called the fire brigade, Have written to Civil Surgeon for ambulance. Ambulance and a medical team will also be available in the temple premises. Traffic police will be deployed outside to manage the traffic. The Kalash will be established on 15th October. Deputy Commissioner Nishant Kumar Yadav will come to the temple for the first day’s puja.
People also come to the temple at night for darshan. People from far flung villages come to the temple at night and leave the next morning after having darshan. The doors of the temple will remain open 24 hours during Navratri. Morning and evening aarti can also be seen on the screen from the temple premises.
Recently, the Deputy Commissioner had organized a meeting and given instructions to the officials regarding improving the cleanliness system in the temple during the Navratri fair, parking system, deployment of traffic police, ambulance, medical facilities etc. In this, suggestions were sought from the members of Shitala Mata Temple Shrine Board.
