Gurugram News: Preparations for the G-20 summit also intensified in Gurugram, ban on entry of heavy vehicles in Delhi for 3 days; These trains will remain canceled

Preparations have also been started in Gurugram regarding the G-20 meeting to be held in Delhi. Entry of heavy vehicles will be banned in Delhi from 12 midnight of 7th September to 12 midnight of 10th September. This restriction will be on Dhaulakuan route. Buses will not be allowed to enter Delhi.

Regarding the preparations for G-20, DCP Traffic Virendra Vij said on Friday that the main event in Delhi is on September 9. Foreign guests will start arriving at Delhi Airport from September 8. Some guests will also stay in hotels in Gurugram. In such a situation, the sound of vehicles will be stopped here also.

During this, private vehicles will also be stopped. Traffic diversion plan for vehicles has been implemented. In case of vehicle breakdown on the highway, cranes will also be arranged to remove them immediately. In view of the traffic pressure, 100 additional policemen have been deployed.

Vehicles will be sent through KMP

Heavy vehicles will be forwarded from Pachgaon via KMP. Public transport i.e. bus will be diverted from IFFCO Chowk to Delhi via Aya Nagar via MG Road. Gurugram’s Multi National Company and other companies have been asked to give work from home to the employees on September 8.

Police will do mockdrill regarding preparations

According to DCP Traffic, the movement of foreign guests will start in Gurugram from Tuesday. Foreign guests will stay at the ITC Grand Hotel in Tavadu. In such a situation, his movement will continue from Delhi to Tavadu via Gurugram. During this, there will be no problem of any kind. Mockdrill will also be done regarding the preparations.

More than six trains will remain canceled

In view of the G-20 meeting to be held in Delhi on September 8 and 9, Railways has also canceled more than six trains on the Gurgaon route for two days. Railways has also diverted the routes of some trains. Meerut Express, Kalindi Express, Farrukhnagar Passenger, Sirsa Express and Ganganagar-Rewari trains have been canceled by the Railways on September 8 and 9. Some trains will also be affected on September 10 and 11.
