Gurugram news: High Court took a big decision! All raw employees of Haryana state will be confirmed.

Gurugram news, High Court took a big decision: Punjab-Haryana High Court in Haryana state has given a big gift to the raw employees by giving an important decision. The court has cleared the way for regularizing the raw employees working in the state. Let us tell you that earlier Omprakash Chautala’s government had made a law saying that the employee who has been working in a department for 10 years will be confirmed by the government. Taking this as the basis, Yamunanagar resident Omprakash and others had demanded regularization of raw employees in the High Court.

The petitioner said that he has been serving the state for more than two decades. But their services have not yet been regularized despite a policy made in 2003 during the Om Prakash Chautala regime.

He informed that the services of some of his junior colleagues have been regularised. But they have not got the benefit of this scheme. Hearing this, the Punjab and Haryana High Court has given a decision in the interest of raw employees. The High Court, while giving its decision after hearing all the parties, said that if the state government has issued a policy to regularize the raw employees, then the benefit of this policy should be given to every employee who is eligible for it. There should not be discrimination against even a single employee within the state.

Benefits will be available from the date of filing the petition

While issuing the order, Punjab-Haryana High Court said that the government should regularize such employees who have been serving as raw employees for a decade. If these employees are now regularized by the government, then they will start getting financial benefits once they are regularized. Not only this, financial benefits will be given to these employees by the government from the date of imposition of Yashika.

During the hearing of the case, the High Court, while explaining the definition of the Constitution, told the government that the state is considered welfare in the Constitution and if an employee in a welfare state gives his services to any state for more than 10 years, then the government also has this responsibility. It is necessary to create a post to regularize it.
