Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the renovation plan of the city’s railway station. Along with this, renovation plans of Rewari and Pataudi railway stations will also be launched. These stations will be equipped with modern facilities.

In this regard, Regional MP and Union Minister Rao Inderjit met Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav at Parliament House office on Wednesday. During this, the Union Minister also placed before the Railway Minister the old demand of building a washing line at Rewari Railway Station. Railway Minister assured that washing line will be set up at Rewari railway station soon. Construction of Patli Footover Bridge started
During the meeting, the issue of repeated cancellation of the tender for the footover bridge to be built in Patli was also kept. The Railway Minister said that according to the plan of the Railways, Foot overbridge is being constructed at the railway station from one outer end to the other outer end. He instructed the present railway officer that Patli foot overbridge should be constructed from outer end to other outer end. Rao Indrajit also asked the Railway Minister to start the work of the overbridge at gate number 22 Chauma gate soon.
Demand to start train which was closed during Covid
Also demanded stoppage of passenger trains at Pataudi railway station. He said that during Kovid, the DEMU train running on Garhi Harsaru to Farrukhnagar Delhi route was stopped. It has not been started till date. Keeping in view the demand of passengers, it should be started as soon as possible. He also demanded construction of underpass and foot over bridge near Garhi Harsaru railway station and foot over bridge near Bhimgarh Khedi.
