Gurugram Breaking News: Notice to more than 700 houses in Gurugram

Gurugram Breaking News: More than 700 houses in 12 colonies of Gurugram have been hanged by the ceiling. The District Town Planner Enforcement Department has stepped up preparations for action on these houses. In the survey conducted by the department, commercial activities were found going on in 750 houses. Notices were also given to all these landlords, but commercial activities were not stopped from the houses.

Some houses became vacant after DTP’s sealing campaign for two days. Now a plan has been prepared to seal more than 700 houses. According to DTP enforcement, on receipt of complaint, three teams were formed and survey of residential houses in builder colonies was done.

Rajesh Kaushik, DTP Planning Gurugram said, “After sealing the residential houses of builder colonies, the possession certificate will be cancelled. Notice has been issued to 18 houses. The possession certificate of the house will be considered illegal after cancellation.

Development work started in Sai Kunj Colony

At the same time, with the efforts of RWAs, development works have started in Sai Kunj Colony by Gurugram Municipal Corporation. The corporation first laid water, then sewer line and built RMC road. Now the work of laying tiles in the streets has been started at a cost of 1.92 lakhs. Outgoing corporator Shakuntala Yadav laid the foundation stone. The work of sewer line could not be started due to delay of few days and due to rainy season behind. Which was duly auspicious by the Sardari of Sai Kunj. RWA President Rakesh Rana said that the facilities were being demanded for a long time. Now the work could start. People will get relief from these works.
