The court has sentenced the father who did nefarious act with his own 17-year-old daughter to seven years of imprisonment. Along with this, the court has also imposed a fine of 70 thousand rupees. In August 2021, a 17-year-old minor lodged a complaint with the Sector-10 police station.
Police found the case true in investigation
Police (Gurugram Police) reached the spot and inquired. The 17-year-old minor accused her own father of doing obscene act. After investigation, the police found the case to be true. A case was registered against the accused father under the POCSO Act and JJ Act and the accused father was arrested.
