In Gurugram, a 22-year-old man was allegedly abducted and robbed by a group using the dating app Grindr, which they claimed was for establishing “friendship.” The incident occurred around 12:15 AM on 4 May 2026 in Kasan village. Four men in a black scooter approached the victim, took him to a secluded area, and subjected him to physical assault while demanding 50,000 rupees. They also stole his mobile phone and transferred 2,500 rupees to an account linked to one of the suspects.
