Two Dead in Separate Hit-and-Run Accidents in Gurgaon
Two men were killed in separate hit-and-run incidents near residential societies in Gurgaon’s Sector 77 and Sector 65. Police are investigating both cases.
Two separate hit-and-run accidents in Gurgaon have resulted in the deaths of two individuals. Police are currently tracking the drivers involved in both incidents.

Two individuals lost their lives in separate hit-and-run accidents occurring near residential complexes in Gurgaon.
The first incident occurred on Friday evening in Sector 77. Hiranjan Kumar, a 41-year-old resident of Shikohpur village who worked as a cleaner at Emaar Palm Hills, was struck by a vehicle while walking with his 16-year-old son, Aakash. The pair were heading toward a nearby shop to purchase kitchen supplies around 7 pm. According to the complaint filed at the Kherki Daula police station, the vehicle, coming from the M3M direction, hit Hiranjan from behind near The Select Premia, opposite Palm Hills.
Bystanders rushed the critically injured man to the ESI Hospital in IMT Manesar’s Sector 3, where he was pronounced dead. Police recovered the vehicle involved, which carries registration number MH14JH9046, at the scene. A case has been registered under sections 106 (causing death by negligence) and 281 (rash driving) of the BNS. Authorities have seized the vehicle and are working to identify and locate the driver.
In a second accident on Saturday night, a 35-year-old man named Dharmpal was killed near Cosmos Society in Sector 65. Dharmpal, a tenant in Gurgaon originally from Rithori village in Agra, was hit by an unidentified vehicle around 10.30 pm. His brother, Jitendra Singh, discovered Dharmpal unconscious and covered in blood on the road between Ullawas and Badshahpur after noticing a gathering of people near the MR Estate office.
Police transported Dharmpal to the Government Hospital in Gurgaon, where he was declared dead. A case has been filed at the Sector 65 police station under BNS sections 281 and 106. Law enforcement officials are currently reviewing CCTV footage and gathering evidence to identify the fleeing driver and the vehicle involved in the crash.
