In fact, a video of a collision between a bike and a Mahindra 3XO SUV on September 15 in Gurugram, Haryana, adjacent to Delhi, has now surfaced. In this accident, a young man named Akshat Garg, who was driving a high speed bike, died. Akshat Garg was driving the bike at a very high speed on Sunday night, when a Mahindra 3XO coming from the wrong side hit the bike rider. As soon as the collision took place, Akshat jumped off the bike and fell on the road behind the car, due to which Akshat died.
The accused is trying tricks to escape
Since the accident, the accused has been adopting several tactics to save himself. According to the information, accused Kuldeep had contacted his acquaintance to get a backdated driving license and also talked to a lawyer to save himself.
Aaj Tak spoke to a person who knew the accused and found out that Kuldeep Thakur had contacted him on September 17 to find out if a driving license could be made in backdate. The accused also talked about getting the license made in backdate.
‘If needed, the accused will be arrested again’
The police had registered a case against Kuldeep Thakur under sections 106, 281, 324 (4), 166 and arrested the accused from the spot. However, the accused was later released on bail. The police say that if needed, the accused will be arrested again and relevant sections will also be added to the case.
