Police said that the incident took place on December 15. Singer and rapper Badshah had come to attend a concert of Punjabi singer Karan Aujla, this program was held at Area Mall on Sohna Road.
The car came out of the traffic and reached the wrong side
The car in which Badshah was present was a Mahindra Thar. This car is registered in the name of Deependra Malik, a resident of Panipat. Due to long traffic, the SUV in Badshah’s convoy went on the wrong side of the road. During this, people present on the spot made a video of it and posted it on social media.
When this video went viral on social media, the traffic police took cognizance of it. The police issued a challan of Rs 15,000 against the rapper on Monday.
What did the police say
Traffic Inspector Devendra Kumar said that challans have been issued and action has been taken for speeding, playing loud music in the vehicle and driving in the wrong direction.
