Gurugram news: A horrifying video of a massive collision between a bike and a Mahindra 3XO SUV in Gurugram, Haryana, adjacent to Delhi, has now surfaced. In this accident, a young man named Akshat Garg, who was driving a high-speed bike, died.
Let us tell you that the deceased Akshat Garg was driving the bike at a very high speed on Sunday night, when a Mahindra 3XO coming from the wrong side hit the bike rider. As soon as the collision took place, Akshat jumped off the bike and fell far away on the road behind the vehicle. Despite the ambulance arriving quickly, Akshat Garg could not be saved.
In the video, Akshat’s friend Pradyuman can also be seen trying to wake up his friend Akshat. His crying voice is also heard. Pradyuman is also asking the accused driving the SUV why he was driving on the wrong side. He is seen asking people in the video to call the police.
Eyewitness of this accident and friend of the deceased Pradyuman alleges that it was a fast driving lane where the accused was driving from the wrong side. Pradyuman is also the complainant in this case.
Police arrested the youth driving the SUV
Now the police has registered an FIR in this case under sections 106 (causing death by negligence), -281 (rash driving), 324 (4) (mischief causing damage of more than ₹ 20,000), 166 (compensation after motor vehicle accident). The accused Kuldeep Thakur, who was driving the SUV, was arrested by the police from the accident spot itself. However, he was later released on bail.
