Collector rates have been proposed in Badshahpur, Wazirabad, Manesar, Sohna, Pataudi, Farrukhnagar and Harsaru, Kadipur and Gurugram areas. In this new property rate, the maximum change in land rate has occurred in Badshahpur tehsil. Apart from residential and commercial areas, the rates of agricultural land have skyrocketed in this area which is becoming a transition between village and city.

Till now collectors will be able to give their objections and suggestions on these rates. After hearing the claims and objections, the collector rates will be sent to the government by the administration. Information about the proposed collector rate has been published on the website for the general public on Tuesday. The proposed collector rates at the district level have been revised on the basis of objections sought in December. Now once again objections have been sought from the public for this. For objections and suggestions, you can contact the HRA branch located at the District Mini Secretariat, in room number 212. District Revenue Officer Naresh said that the objections lodged will be considered. Different committees will work for this. Keeping all the suggestions in mind, the new proposed rates and suggestions will be sent to the state government.

The committee appointed by the government will complete its process and send information to the administration. He told that after the implementation of the new collector rate, registries will be done at the new rate only. As suggested by the administration, 80 to 40 percent increase in the rates of agricultural, commercial and residential land in Badshahpur was proposed. There has been a change of about seven percent in this. Now the prices of agricultural land in this area have been increased by 87.5 percent. Similarly, changes have been made in commercial and residential areas also from 67 percent to 87 percent.

The highest increased rates of 87.5 percent have been proposed for the agricultural land of Akalimpur. Similarly, 43 percent increased rates are proposed for residential land in Ghasaula. The land rates for agricultural land have been proposed with an increased rate of 78.75 percent. Prices have been proposed to be increased by 43 percent in the commercial area of Ramgarh ki Dhani, by 87.5 percent in the commercial land of Rose Wood City, and by 61 percent in the residential area of Tatvam Vilas, Victor Valley, Emaar Marbella. In Farrukhnagar, increased prices have been proposed for agricultural land by 87 percent and for commercial land by 35 percent. Changes have been proposed in the rates of 61 to 70 percent of residential and commercial land in Wazirabad. In this, the price of residential land in Nathupur may increase by 61 percent. In DLF Phase-1 to 5, the land price can increase by up to 70 percent in residential and commercial properties in DLF-5, the highest in the district.
