He said that Divya’s life was in danger ever since she was released from jail. Therefore, Divya used to stay connected to her, mother Sonia and father through live location all the time. Divya’s location was track
Naina said that she last knew Divya’s location till 12 noon on January 2. After this, when no call or message came from Divya till 6 pm, they tracked her location. Divya had two mobile phones.
The last location of his Samsung mobile was South Extension near AIIMS in Delhi. Whereas the location of the iPhone was near Abhijeet’s Hotel City Point in Gurugram. After this he called Abhijeet. Abhijeet misled them and told that Divya was with him, but she left for home around 11.30 pm.
Met Balraj
Naina said that she herself reached the Delhi South Extension location at around 7.30 in the evening in her own car. This was the location of Abhijeet’s house. Here he found Balraj Gill. Balraj also told them that he himself is upset, she is not picking up his calls either.
Meanwhile, Balraj saw a phone of Divya, which he gave to Naina. After this, when Naina returned to Gurugram City Point Hotel, she found Abhijeet in an inebriated condition. When he was asked about Divya, he could not tell anything. When Naina threatened him with police, Abhijeet gave Divya’s Aadhaar and PAN card and said that she has left from here.

According to Naina, when Divya was not found on the evening of January 2, she first went to New Colony police station, but the policeman sitting here ignored her and told the matter of Sector 14 police station. After this, both Naina and her mother reached Sector 14 police station. Both of them appealed to the police personnel in the police station for justice.
It is alleged that the police personnel sitting in the police station got Naina to talk to the duty officer and the duty officer said that it is too late in the night, you should file the complaint and come back at ten in the morning. After this the investigation will start. He also said that Divya was neither a blackmailer nor was any obscene video recovered from her phone as claimed by Gurugram Police officials.
