The District Deputy Commissioner has banned the purchase and sale of projects of two builders in Gurugram for not cooperating in the structural audit. This includes DLF and Raheja Builder. They are accused of not paying the amount for the structural audit of DLF Park Place located in Sector-54, Raheja Vedanta located in Sector-108 and Raheja Atharva located in Sector-109 to the Town and Country Planning Department despite giving notices to them several times. Has not been deposited in DTPE office. The District Deputy Commissioner has taken this step after the recommendation of DTPE. This will remain in place until both the builders deposit the audit amount.
After the Chintals Paradiso accident in Sector-109, residents of about 70 residential societies had raised with the district administration the demand for structural audit. In the first phase, the district administration had selected 15 residential societies. In the above three societies, inspection was done by the consultant companies appointed by the Haryana Government.
After this it was recommended to get some tests done. In lieu of these tests, DLF has to deposit Rs 61 lakh 36 thousand 387, Raheja has to deposit Rs 56 lakh 87 thousand 104 with Vedanta Society and Rs 20 lakh 41 thousand 573 with Atharva Society.
When the amount was not deposited despite giving notice for eight months, DTPE wrote a letter to the District Deputy Commissioner requesting him to recover this amount from the builder’s property.
Notice to three builders for not submitting report: On February 15, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of the District Deputy Commissioner. In this, Spaze Towers Private Limited had said that Spaze Privy Society located in Sector-72, Advance India Private Limited, The Peaceful Homes located in Sector 70A and Central Park Builder had said to get the structural audit of Central Park Resort located in Sector-48 done within two months. . Now, even after three months have passed, these three builders have not informed the DTPE office about the structural audit.
In such a situation, DTPE has given notice on Monday and issued orders to submit the report of structural audit within a week. If this does not happen, departmental action will be taken against them. There may also be a ban on buying and selling of their property.
RWA is getting the audit done at its own level.
Three builders had asked the DTPE office to get the structural audit done at their level. These include Brisk Lumbini located in Sector-109, Signature Solera located in Sector-107 and Mahendra Ora located in Sector-110A. Their audit report has reached the DTPE office, which is under investigation. Whereas Antrish Heights located in Sector-84, Mapsco Casabella located in Sector-82, Mapsco Royal Villa located in Sector-82 and Mapsco Paradise located in Sector-107, M3M Woodshire have deposited the audit fees in the DTPE office, whose audit is going on.
They will also get notice
The builders of Paras Irene located in Sector-70A and Tulip Ivory located in Sector-70 have also not deposited the amount for structural audit. It was said from their side that the audit amount was high. Even after clarifying the situation, the amount was not deposited. Nor did he himself get the structural audit done and submit the report to the DTPE office. In such a situation, they will soon be given notice from the DTPE office.

Gurugram District Deputy Commissioner Nishant Kumar Yadav said that the purchase and sale of properties of two builders has been banned for not depositing the fees for structural audit. Orders have been issued to the Tehsildar in this regard.
DTPE Manish Yadav of the Town and Country Planning Department said that three builders had asked to conduct structural audit themselves, but did not submit the audit report even after three months. They have been given notice to submit their report within seven days. At the same time, notice has also been given to two builders.
