Gurugram Police executed a major operation under the zero‑tolerance policy and strict instructions from the Police Commissioner, targeting land illegally occupied by the infamous criminal Narender “Pavva”. The police demolished the unlawful constructions on a 300‑square‑yard plot in Bawedda village, Bhadli Road, located near SGTM University in Bhangar, Ghaziabad district. The site’s market value is estimated at approximately ₹30 million.

The investigation revealed that Narender, a resident of Dhanupur, had established an illegal office on the land and also drilled a borewell, exploiting state resources to run an organized water‑sale business. The demolition was not merely a removal of encroachment but part of a broader effort to cripple the financial base of criminals.

There are eight serious criminal cases registered against Narender “Pavva” across various Gurugram police stations, including threats of lethal violence, serious assault, and violations of the Arms Act. The Criminal Branch at Palam Vihar, in cooperation with district administration, coordinated the operation. Heavy police presence and machinery collapsed the illegal structures within minutes. Law and order were strictly maintained to prevent any untoward incidents.

Gurugram Police emphasized that anyone occupying public land or building property through criminal means will not be spared. The police plan to continue intelligence‑driven campaigns with greater intensity to make the city crime‑free and safe.
