Gurugram News: Ban on flying drones till January 26

Gurugram. In view of security on Republic Day, District Magistrate Nishant Kumar Yadav has issued orders to cyber café operators, PG, guest houses, hotels and landlords to keep records of guests. ID proof of all such people will have to be kept. These orders have been issued under Section 144 of the Criminal Procedure Act.

The orders issued on Tuesday will remain effective till January 26. The District Magistrate has also banned the use of drones, micro light aircraft, gliders, power gliders, hot air balloons, kite flying and Chinese micro lights during this period. These orders have been issued in view of security reasons to stop the activities of anti-social elements on the occasion of Republic Day. Action will be taken against those who disobey the orders under section 188 of the Indian Penal Code.
