Brijesh Kumar, originally a resident of Buxar in Bihar, said in the complaint that he was living with Sadir and Sarfaraz Enamul in a rented room near Shani Mandir in Sarhaul, Sector 18, since November 9, but it was far away from their office. Therefore he left the room on 25th November itself. After doing all the calculations, he came to live with his another friend Anurag in Bimal Yadav’s street in Sector 18 itself.
The accused also asked for room rent from Brijesh.
It is alleged that on November 26, he was buying vegetables with Anurag in the vegetable market, during which Sadir, Sarfaraz and two other people came and beat Brijesh and Anurag with sticks. The accused also asked for room rent from Brijesh. After bleeding, all the accused ran away from there.
Police accused of compromising with the accused
It is alleged that when the victim reached the police station to lodge a complaint, a policeman in the police station itself asked the accused to compromise for Rs 30,000. The victims refused this. On the complaint of the victims, a case of assault was registered in the police station on Saturday, 20 days later.
