Gurugram. Police have arrested three accused including an auto driver in the case of robbery of a passenger three days ago in Sector-53.
The three accused have been identified as residents of UP and MP. The police have also recovered a CNG auto from the possession of the accused.
In which he told that he was sitting in an auto from MIT Chowk Golf Course Road Sector-54 to go to Udyog Vihar on Saturday night. After going some distance further, three youths traveling in the auto robbed him of his mobile phone and cash. On this complaint, the police registered a case in Sector-53 police station and started searching for the accused.
In this case, the team of Sector-53 police station in-charge Rajendra and cyber cell in-charge ASI Lalit Kumar took joint action and caught the three accused who had committed the robbery. The three accused have been identified as Hari Om, resident of Badarpur district Bulandshahr (Uttar Pradesh).
Rajendra Pal resident of village Galwada district Tikamgarh (Madhya Pradesh) and Sachin resident of village Sandhan district Agra (Uttar Pradesh). The police also recovered the auto used in the robbery at the behest of the accused.
