Work to be Completed in Two Phases, Restrictions Until End of June
According to traffic police, the road construction is taking place in a busy area, so it has been divided into two separate timeframes to minimize inconvenience to the public.
Phase 1: May 1st to May 30th
During the first phase, construction will occur from PHC Ghari to MR Garden.
Impact: The main route from Ghari towards Basai will be closed.
Diversion: All vehicles traveling from Ghari to Basai will be diverted via Gopalpur during this period.
June 1st to June 30th
The second phase of work will extend from MR Garden to Parina Koba Residency (near GMDA Road).
Impact: The route for vehicles traveling from Ghari towards Dwarka Expressway or Dwarka will be changed.
Diversion: Drivers will be diverted via the road behind Parina Koba Residency.
While issuing the traffic advisory, Gurugram Police have appealed to drivers to strictly adhere to traffic rules near the construction site. Police officials state that the diversions may add extra time during peak hours, so commuters should use alternative routes and pay attention to signboards.
The road improvements will enhance connectivity in the area. An adequate number of traffic marshals will be deployed to prevent traffic congestion during the construction period.
