Travelling from Delhi to Gurugram will be easier, the highway will be elevated; traffic pressure will be reduced

Former BJP national president and Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways Nitin Gadkari said that by the end of this year, Haryana’s highway infrastructure will be better than the US. He also indicated that the Delhi-Jaipur highway between Delhi-Gurugram will be made elevated.

This will reduce the traffic pressure on the highway and it will become easier to travel from Delhi to Gurugram. People are facing a lot of problems. Nitin Gadkari was addressing a meeting organised at Bhim Nagar’s Ramlila Ground in support of BJP candidate Mukesh Sharma from Gurgaon assembly constituency on Wednesday evening.

Dwarka Expressway project will provide relief

He said that after the Dwarka Expressway project is fully completed, the traffic pressure between Delhi-Gurugram will reduce significantly. The Gurugram part is ready and the Delhi part will be fully ready soon. This project will be state of the art and will be counted among the best projects in the world.

Foreigners will definitely like to see the Dwarka Expressway after coming to Gurugram. Work will soon begin to run buses in the air between Delhi-Gurugram. His intention was clear that the highway between Delhi-Gurugram will be elevated. This demand has been going on for a long time.

The elevated project will be given the green signal

He indicated that the elevated project will be given the green signal after the code of conduct ends. Gadkari said that he does what he says. No one can call him a liar. The amount of work done on highway infrastructure in NCR in the last 10 years has not been done even in the previous 50 years. Works worth 65 thousand crores have been done.

In the last 10 years, he has done works worth Rs 50 lakh crores in the country. One will be able to go from Delhi to Dehradun in two hours. It will be easy to go from Delhi to Amritsar or from Delhi to Mumbai. The Gurugram-Rewari highway will be completed by next year.
