A case of fraud in the name of plot has come to light in Faridabad (Faridabad Plot Fraud). Ranveer Singh, who lives in Sector-30 village Aitmadpur, has lodged a complaint with the police. In which he said that the price of the plot was fixed at Rs 1 crore 4 lakh. He booked it by paying Rs 10 lakh. Investigation revealed that the accused have already obtained the completion certificate of the plot.
The police have registered a case on the charge of embezzling Rs 10 lakh in lieu of giving a plot. Ranveer Singh, a resident of Sector-30, village Aitmadpur, told the police in his complaint that on June 28, 2021, he had booked a plot of 589.255 square yards in Sector-76 BPTP.
10 lakh rupees were given to the accused at the time of booking
The price of the plot was fixed at one crore four lakh rupees. He gave 10 lakh rupees to the accused at the time of booking. The accused Shashi and Rajiv used to tell him that as soon as the work on the site is completed and the completion certificate arrives, they will register the registry of this plot in your name.
Demanded Rs 1 crore 40 lakh for the plot
When he investigated on his own, he found out that the accused had already taken the completion certificate of the plot. When he talked to the accused about this, they said that now the market rates have increased. If you want this plot, you will have to pay its price of Rs 1 crore 40 lakh.

Or else forget the plot and the money given. The accused threatened on asking for the money. They sold this plot to someone else. Even after he protested, the accused did not listen. M/s Shri Drishyam Developers LLP, Shashi Gautam, Rajiv Gautam, Poonam, Sachin have done this work in collusion. A complaint regarding this matter was given to the Police Commissioner on 13 April 2023. After this, the matter was under investigation. Now a case has been registered.
