Gurugram News: Three arrested for brokering deals with RTA employees

Gurugram. On Thursday, the Chief Minister Flying Squad, along with the employees posted at the RTA office located at the Mini Secretariat, arrested three youths who were taking money from people in exchange for getting them to do work.

The arrested accused were identified as Gaurav, resident of Gurugram. Has taken place in the form of Saubhan and Suresh. The team has recovered Rs 40,500 along with many files and documents from the accused. The team lodged a complaint against the accused at Shivaji Nagar police station and handed them over to the police.

Chief Minister Flying Squad spokesperson Harish said that the team was receiving information for the last few days that some people, with the help of the personnel posted in RTA, take money from the people for registration of vehicles, RC, permits and other works and give it to the employees. . The Chief Minister along with the flying squad and duty magistrate took joint action on Thursday.

When the team reached the spot, three youths were sitting in the park of the Mini Secretariat. When the team interrogated him, he told that he was involved in the registration of vehicles, Gets the work of getting permits and NOC done. Along with this, the accused told that they get a list of the files which are deposited in RTA.

After this, he takes money from the people and distributes it to computer operators and other employees in RTA. The team is interrogating the accused as to how much money they have given to the employees from how many files so far. Along with this, who else is involved in this work with him?
