Gurugram News: The Enforcement Directorate has attached property worth about 294.19 crores of Sunstar Overseas. The ED has taken action against Sunstar’s flats, land, farm houses, buildings and other properties in a case registered under PMLA 2002.
The attached properties include 72 acres of land and buildings (including agricultural land) with market value of Rs 210.6 crore in Sonipat, Amritsar and Gurugram. It also includes two residential houses with an area of ​​more than 5000 sq m in Civil Lines area of ​​Delhi worth Rs 77 crore, four flats worth Rs 1.54 crore in Karnal, bank balance of Rs 1.27 crore and bank deposits worth Rs 3.78 crore.
The ED is conducting its investigation on the basis of an FIR filed by the CBI’s Chandigarh branch against Sunstar Overseas Limited (SOL), its former directors and other cases of fraud.
