Gurugram. To ensure transparency in various government services being provided at Atal Seva Kendras, it will be mandatory to put up rate lists at all the centres. District Deputy Commissioner Nishant Kumar Yadav issued guidelines related to this on Monday.
Nishant Kumar Yadav said that for the convenience of citizens, Atal Seva Kendras have been established to avail essential services like marriage registration, residential certificate, BC, OBC certificate, family identity card and other services. Government fees were fixed for this. It is mandatory to post the rate list at all centres. District Manager CSC Vikas Punia said that Atal Seva Kendras have been opened in every village to take the government’s Antyodaya upliftment schemes to every home.
He said that no Atal Seva operator can operate a center at any place other than his village or ward. If you do this, the license of the center will be immediately cancelled. He said that physical verification will be done by the district administration at all Atal Seva Kendras. During this period, if branding and service chart rates are not found at any centre, strict action will be taken against the concerned center as per rules.
