Gurugram. A woman living in Delhi, in connivance, prepared fake documents and got a plot located in Sushant Lok in her name. Three years later he sold it to two others.
The incident came to light when the son of the original plot owner saw construction taking place on his plot. After the complaint, a case of fraud has been registered in Sushant Lok police station on the orders of the Home Minister.
According to the police, Sarup Singh, a resident of Khatiwas village of Jhajjar, said in his complaint to the Home Minister that Ansal Property Builders had done the deed of the plot located at Sushant Lok in his name in 1987. He got possession of this plot in 1994. After this he used to go from time to time to look after the plot.
He last came to see the plot in November 2022, The plot was lying vacant then. When his son went to see the plot in March 2023, construction was going on there. During this, it was revealed from the contractor that a woman resident of Delhi had sold this plot in the name of Bhavana Nagpal and Anita Devi of Palwal in September 2022.
Its date is August 2019. Investigation revealed that the woman had got the plot in her name in 2019 by preparing Aadhaar card and other fake documents in the name of Sarup and in 2022 she sold it to two other people. When he complained about this in Sushant Lok police station in April, no hearing took place. He had forwarded the complaint on this. On the basis of which the police have registered a case and are investigating.
