In Gurugram, Haryana, adjacent to Delhi, the operator was beaten to death over a dispute over parking the vehicle in the garden of a farm house. The police of DLF Phase One police station have arrested two youths for assaulting the youth who had come to celebrate the party.
According to the police, on January 28, information was received at DLF Phase-1 police station that a fight had taken place in a garden in Baliyavas, in which garden operator Praveen died in the hospital. After receiving the information, the police team of DLF Police Station Phase-1 reached the hospital.
The companion of the deceased told the police that Praveen and he had taken Oasis Garden Baliawas on lease. On the night of 27 January, some students had come to Oasis Garden Baliawas to party. Some people beat the students who had come to party with sticks.
When Praveen tried to intervene, the attackers also beat him up, due to which Praveen suffered serious injuries. Praveen was admitted to the hospital in an injured condition, where Praveen died.
Praveen died due to severe injuries. Police have registered a case and started searching for the accused. During the investigation, joint teams of DLF Phase-1 and Crime Unit Sikandarpur took action and succeeded in arresting two accused from Bandhwadi, Gurugram for the crime of assault. The accused have been identified as Ashish and Sachin.
During police interrogation, the accused told that there was a fight with the students who had come to celebrate their birthday due to an argument over parking the car. On this, he along with his friends attacked him with sticks. Not only this, the accused entered inside the farm house and also beat up the students and the owner of the farm house, due to which the owner of the farm house, Praveen, died during treatment.
10-15 students were involved in the party
Nikhil Rawat (B.Tech student) is a resident of Bulandshahr, while Nitish Kumar is a resident of Champaran, Bihar and a student of DTU College, Rohini. It was his birthday party. There were 15 to 10 male students involved in the party. Murder accused Ashish used to work as a delivery boy and Sachin as a guard, but at present the job was vacant.
At 12 o’clock in the night of 27th January, the students were preparing to end the party, book a cab and go home. Then Kanwar alias Kukki, a resident of Baliawas, was passing in front of the garden and started fighting with the students over parking. Kanwar alias Kukki himself called his other associates, who were drinking alcohol at the place of Bubble alias Bablu of Baliyawas village. Many rural youth had started fighting with the students.
