Gurugram. To make the nationwide industrial strike successful, All India United Trade Union Center (AIUTUC) has intensified the contact campaign. Comrade Shravan Kumar formed three different teams of organization members and launched an awareness campaign regarding the demands of the employees in the industrial sector.
He said that there is anger among the working class against the anti-labor, farmer and anti-employee policies of the central and state governments. There is a lot of enthusiasm among the working class to make the industrial strike and bandh in rural areas successful on 16th February. The BJP government at the Center has made changes in the labor laws in the interest of the capitalists.
Four labor codes have been created by abolishing the labor law. Government departments are being privatized indiscriminately. PSUs are being sold at throwaway prices. Employees have been demanding old pension for a long time. Shravan said that instead of permanent employees, skilled employment is being promoted. He told that the raw employees are not being confirmed.
Legal guarantee has not been given to MSP yet. Comrade has urged the workers to extend their full cooperation in making the strike of 16th February and the bandh in rural areas successful.
