This incident came to light on November 29, when a woman booked a cab from AIRIA Mall to Microtech Greenberg Sector-86, Gurugram. When the woman got out of the cab, on reaching Sector-83, Gurugram, the cab driver threatened the woman by showing her a gun. He held the woman hostage at gunpoint.
This cab driver transferred 55 thousand rupees from the woman’s mobile phone and took the woman’s suitcase and dropped her from the cab and fled. After this, the frightened woman complained about this to the Gurugram police, then the police took the matter seriously and registered a case. After this, the police arrested him.
