Gurugram, Free Electricity Bill: Up to 300 units of free electricity will be available every month, under the Pradhan Mantri Surya Ghar Free Electricity Scheme, people will get up to 300 units of free electricity. Additional Deputy Commissioner Hitesh Kumar Meena called upon the residents of the district to take advantage of the PM-Surya Ghar Free Electricity Scheme implemented by the government. The citizens of the district should take advantage of this new scheme of the government. This will also save money to consumers and provide smooth power supply.
Under the PM-Surya Ghar Free Electricity Scheme, the Central Government and the Department of New and Renewable Energy have started the scheme to provide relief to the common people from electricity bills. Under the scheme, 300 units of free electricity will be given every month for installing solar energy panels on the roof.
Know how much subsidy you will get
Additional Deputy Commissioner Hitesh Kumar Meena called upon the residents of the district to take advantage of the PM-Surya Ghar Free Electricity Scheme implemented by the government. A subsidy of Rs 30,000 to Rs 60,000 will be given for a system with one kilowatt capacity, Rs 60,000 to Rs 78,000 for a system with two kilowatt capacity and Rs 78,000 for a system with three kilowatt or more.

The Additional Deputy Commissioner said that the families joining the scheme can select a suitable vendor to install rooftop solar energy panels only after applying for the subsidy through the national portal PMSuryaGhar.gov.in. The citizens of the district should take advantage of this new scheme of the government. This will also save money to consumers and provide smooth power supply.
