Gurugram Accident: An accountant in a private company died after his bike collided with a truck near village Sidhrawali in Bilaspur police station area on Sunday evening. Police have sent the body for postmortem and started investigation.
Manish Kumar Jangid, a resident of Neem Ka Thana in Sikar, told Bilaspur Police that he works as an accountant in Gwal Pahari, Gurugram. Vedprakash, a resident of Toomna village in Rewari, was the accountant head in the company with him.
They were going to Rewari after getting off from the company
On Sunday evening, after getting off from the company, both of them were going to Rewari by bike. Near Munjal University in village Sidhrawali, a truck coming at high speed hit the bike from behind. Ved Prakash was driving the bike. Ved Prakash fell on the road and Manish fell far away.
Death during treatment
After the collision, the rear wheel of the truck passed over Ved Prakash. Manish suffered minor injuries. People nearby took Ved Prakash to Rewari Trauma Center. He died here late at night during treatment. After the incident, the truck driver fled from the spot along with the truck.
