Apart from this, instructions were given regarding the exhibition to be set up at the venue, help desk and its proper management. CP gave instructions to all concerned officials regarding proper traffic arrangements, route lines and law and order. He said that arrangements should be made at every level so that the program can be organized in a grand manner in an organized, safe and peaceful manner.
