Two days later, the state’s Urban Local Bodies Minister Subhash Sudha visited the city and gave instructions to the officials.
After a week, there should be no heaps of garbage anywhere in the city. Not only this, there should be no dirt visible anywhere in the drains. This instruction has been issued by Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini to the officials. It is expected that the picture of the city will soon be changed. The problem of waterlogging due to the cleaning of drains will also be solved to a great extent.
After finishing his speech, Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini, who arrived as the chief guest at the Samrasta Sammelan organized by the BJP OBC Morcha at Tikona Park on Sunday evening, separately informed the people that concrete steps have been taken to strengthen the city’s sanitation system. The problem that existed earlier will not be seen in the future. Officials have been told that within the next week, there should be no garbage heaps anywhere in the city. All drains should be cleaned by June 30 at any cost.
