Haryana New Railway Line: Soon passengers are going to get the gift of new railway lines in Haryana. A tender has been issued regarding this. According to the latest information, preparations are underway to get the detailed project report and feasibility report prepared by a private agency on behalf of Haryana Railway Resource Development Corporation.
Now speed will be given to the construction of rail projects in Haryana. For this, a detailed project report (DPR) and feasibility report will be prepared by a private agency on behalf of Haryana Railway Resource Development Corporation (HRIDC). The corporation has floated a tender of Rs 9.25 crore for this consultancy.
After the tender is allotted, not only will the DPR and feasibility report be prepared by the concerned agency regarding the rail project in Haryana, but the soil of the site will also be examined regarding the project. Haryana Orbital Corridor from Palwal to Sonipat is being developed by HRIDC along with KMP. Now all the rail projects approved in Haryana will be developed by HRIDC only.
HRIDC is a joint venture company of Haryana Government and Railway Ministry. The help of consultancy agency is being taken by HRIC so that such DPR of the future railway project can be prepared in which minimum land is acquired. What effective steps should be taken to minimize the cost of the new railway line?
DPR for alignment will be prepared through drone survey.
DPR for alignment and right of way of the rail line will be prepared through drone survey. During the drone survey, aerial video will have to be made by geo tagging, which should include all the assets like bridges, level crossings, stations etc.
For whatever project is approved by the Haryana Government, a consultancy agency has to be hired for its DPR, feasibility and soil test. A tender has been floated for that.
