Gurugram. At Sarhol-based Sandhar Automotive Company, the senior manager found it difficult to ask the personnel to work. When he asked to work, 12 employees started fighting with him.
After this, when the assistant manager stopped them, he also assaulted him. On the victim’s statement, the Sector 18 police station has registered a case against 12 personnel and started investigation.
According to the police, Ravindra Kumar, the assistant manager of Sandhar Company, told that he is a resident of Hira Nagar. Last August 4 at around 10 am, he was working on his seat on the ground floor when some boys ran down and said that some employees were fighting with senior manager Hoshiar Singh on the first floor.
When he reached the spot, Himanshu, Rahul, Adesh, Sawan Singh, Chandan, Samrat, Natai, Amarjeet, Satendra, Rattan, Manish and Sanjesh etc. were fighting with kicks, bribes and beans. When he tried to intervene, the accused employees started assaulting him as well. He left and ran downstairs and when senior engineer Vijay Kamwala came, the employees also beat him up. After this, the accused threatened to kill him.
