Gurugram: A young man who came to a medical store in Badshahpur did an amazing feat. The young man put his QR code in the medical store and went away. People who came to the store to buy goods throughout the day kept scanning this code and making payments. For about four hours, the amount of sales made at the medical store kept coming to the accused’s account. The shopkeeper got the information when he got suspicious in the evening. It was found that after the incident, the accused also went to another shop in the neighborhood. The victim has complained to the police. Earlier in December also, a similar case came to light in SPR area.

Badshahpur resident Harish Kumar told that he has a shop named Om Health Medicos in Badshahpur. A young man came to this shop to buy medicine at around 4:30 pm on Tuesday evening. The young man asked for diabetes medicine. When the shopkeeper said that he had the medicine, the young man left the shop.

Face hidden from CCTV

After some time, he came in again and pasted the photocopied code on the scanner kept in the shop. After this, he went away without taking the medicine, making the excuse of getting a call. After this, he did not return. He did not even take the medicine. The young man was wearing a cap and glasses. He did not even turn his face upwards. Perhaps he saw that there were CCTV cameras installed in the shop.

The code was also pasted in the neighboring shop

The shopkeeper told that the accused also went to a nearby shop. Here too he put his code on the scanner. It is not known how much money was transferred to the accused’s account. Shopkeeper Harish Kumar said that he got suspicious when the Paytm machine did not make any sound after the money was transferred for a long time. After this he scanned the scanner with his mobile. There was a code of some Dhirendra Das on it.

Shopkeeper Harish Kumar said that a complaint has been lodged with the police in Badshahpur police station in this regard. Police spokesperson ASI Sandeep Kumar said that after the complaint, the police have started investigating the matter.
