Gurugram news : Big fraud of Emaar India, sold Green Park by calling it a primary school plot; secret revealed after two years

Gurugram news :  A big example of how big companies commit fraud in land purchase and sale has come to light from Gurugram, Haryana. Here a company named Emaar India sold Green Park land by calling it a primary school plot. The buyer company came to know about this almost three years later when it went to get its map approved. Before this, they had taken all the approvals.

A case has been registered at Sector-65 police station against the directors of Emaar India under various sections of fraud for selling Green Area Park by claiming it to be a primary school plot.

About a month ago, Polstore Private Limited had lodged a complaint against the representatives of Emaar India in Sector-65 police station that a plot was sold in Heritage One Society in Sector-62 by declaring the green area as a primary school. This plot was about 1.2 acres. After investigation, a case was registered.

Registry was done in 2022

DK Sharma, representative of the complainant company, said that his company bought the site from the builder in 2021 and got it registered in 2022.

When he went to the Town and Country Planning Department to get the map passed, he came to know that this site belongs to Green Park.

Earlier, he had taken all kinds of approvals including fire NOC for this site, but when the file reached the Director Town Planning Office for final approval, the officials there objected to the file saying that this site belongs to the park.

kept procrastinating for several months

There is no school site at this place. When the builder was contacted, he said that he would get it fixed and give it to us but even after several months passed, he kept procrastinating.

Last month, a complaint was lodged with the Gurugram police in this regard, on which a case was registered. An attempt was made to talk to the investigating officer in this regard but he did not pick up the phone. The builder’s side was also contacted in this regard but they too did not give any answer.
