Complaint lodged after finding out fraud

These accused cheated more than 500 people in the name of liquor delivery and cheated crores of rupees. Cyber police, while investigating, arrested the main accused Haroon from Bharatpur, Rajasthan on January 25. He is a resident of Sikar. He could be caught through his location and call trace.
Used to transfer money to many bank accounts
After this, on his interrogation and spotting, another accused Vansh was also caught from Bharatpur three days ago. Haroon told during interrogation that two years ago he had got a fake website created by a freelancer by paying five thousand rupees. It was through this that he cheated people. The accused used to take bank accounts from many people of Bharatpur to transfer the defrauded amount. He also gave half of the defrauded amount to the bank account holder.
Cyber police got the data of the mobile and SIM recovered from Vansh and Haroon from the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre. It came to light that both the accused cheated more than two thousand people across the country through online home delivery of liquor and other means and defrauded more than Rs 6 crore.
Many other gangs are also active
The gang caught recently in the case of online liquor home delivery is not the only such gang. Many other gangs are also victimizing people in the name of home delivery of liquor. According to cyber police sources, fraudsters get such fake websites made by paying five thousand rupees and it is very difficult to identify them.
