Elvish Yadav Case: Hearing on use of snakes during song shooting to be held on February 17

Gurugram. The hearing in the Elvish Yadav case on the use of snakes during the shooting of the song will now be held on February 17. The ATR report was not submitted by the police in the court on Wednesday.

The court has ordered the investigating officer and the concerned police station in-charge to appear with the ATR report on February 17. The hearing of this case is going on in the court of Additional Judicial Magistrate Manoj Rana. Petitioner Saurav Gupta said that YouTuber Elvish Yadav and singer Rahul Yadav have filed a petition in the court regarding the use of snakes of foreign origin without permission during the shooting of the song 32 Bor of Fazilpuriya.

Order to appear with ATR

In the last two hearings in this case, the investigating officer was ordered to appear along with the ATR. The investigating officer did not appear. He said that the court has taken a strict stance on the investigation officer not presenting the ATR report in the court on Wednesday and has asked the concerned police station in-charge to appear in the court with the ATR report on the next date.
